Jimojo has developed its own software platform to operate the wireless hotspot system. This includes our user management and automated billing systems and other software platforms. This unique approach allows us flexibility no other provider can afford you. A totally re-brandable solution, this will allow all our pages to be integrated with your existing website design, or at least allow your logo and location name to be prominately displayed.
Based on high grade commercially available hardware, this allows for easy repair/replacement of hardware in case of a failure. Jimojo keeps most hardware in stock and can usually repair any hardware fault within 12-24 hours. Because we manage the hardware platform, we are likely to know before you even become aware there is an issue. All hardware items are constantly monitored round the clock at our head office.
